1. Digital Services Policy

Subscriptions are digital and non-returnable.

2. Refund Rules

Refunds may be granted if:

• User was charged incorrectly.
• A payment error occurred.
• Duplicate payment was made.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind.
• Partially used subscriptions.
• Expired plans.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days. Users must provide payment receipt, account email, and transaction reference.
